Changed batteries,now weatherstation does not receive outdoor imformation

Have you changed the batteries in the outdoor temperature sensor?

Remove ALL batteries in transmitter AND clock.
Insert new batteries in outdoor transmitter.
Insert new batteries in the (receiver) clock.
Wait until outdoor temperature is received AND displayed on clock BEFORE setting time/date/etc.

Double check the batteries to make sure they are installed correctly. If one of the batteries in the outdoor sending unit is in backwards, it will not send the outdoor data. On the indoor unit, there is typically one battery that is used for receiving the signal from the outdoor unit. If all of the batteries are in correctly but that one, you will see the display and the indoor temperature information, but the outdoor information will not be displayed. If there are reset buttons, also try them.

I believe they ask you to press the reset button on the main unit first, but that may not be your problem. Double check the batteries to make sure they are installed correctly. Please give me a little more imformation on your problem,wont turn engine over or turns engine over but wont start ?

Irecently had comcast email and changed to att email and would lke all my old email imformation changed over to my new one att, how do I go about doing that? I have important imformation that I need to keep. Freddiemumford
