ABS light is a BRAKE warnig light, take vehicle straight to a repairer NOW as you are proberly a few miles from not being able to stop at all ,brake linings are worn through and you will be lucky not have to replace discs/drums or worse

SOURCE: When stopped in drive

The belt tensioner can cause many of these problems, sometimes the serpentine or fan belt is replaced, but the tensioner is not given much thought, a tensioner that is going out, can cause the belt to not have enough tension to keep the battery charged by slipping, when the clutch on the ac compressor cycles on and off, if the tensioner is to loose, or not tight enough can cause the compressor to vibrate, it can cause wear on other parts attached to the belt even cause pre-mature wear on other pulleys. good luck!

Steering wheel vibrates when Im stopped at a light

You may have front brake rotors which are slightly warped. The ABS only comes into play under very hard brakeing conditions. Typically you may also feel a slight pulse in the brake pedal as you slow down. That would be my best guess. If you have a vibration when you are stopped, that may be a motor mount issue. Either the front and/or rear mount may be weak. They are designed to isolate small engine vibrations you might feel when the car is at a stand still The motor mounts are designed to isolate small engine vibrations at a stand still at idle as well as limit the amount of travel the engine can make under a load. As a car gets older, the rubber which is what the mounts are made of get harder and often collapse slightly and can cause your condition because they are no longer plyable.Maybe this might shed some light on your problem. Good luck.

Engine vibrates when idiling in drive only does not vibrate in park or neutral or reverse has new motor supports (all) recent tuneup cant determine cause (the motor runs so smooth except while idiling then...

Check your throttle body gasket, if it's leaking unmetered air it will idle high, this coupled with a bad ignition coil, plugs not properly gapped or old/worn as well as old/worn spark plug wires will cause a misfire that may not trip the CEL light. Also check your idle air control valve to ensure it's working and clean on the inside of the throttle body.

Vibration in Steering Column at Idle

Engine vibration is the cause of this issue, it is the biggest complaint from many owners, changing the engine mounts will help, as mounts age the rubber gets hard and they don't absorb vibration like they should, new mounts help issue, but it will no stop it altogether. A faulty MAF will not cause vibration, just a hesitation on acceleration at times
