Found problem to fuel system on 2007 suzuki C90 Boulavard;-Wire contact to pump broken off. seemed to be tightened to tightly at mnfg. assemble .shows only slight contact area as if tightened to much. Don't like to make accusations, but this is the first time ,since I purchased it new that it has been apart,-To my knowledge.anyway, if anyone else is having this sort of problem ,you might want to check the connections on the (in tank) pump. thanks to everyone who posted suggestions. mblly

SOURCE: 1986 Suzuki Savage loosing acceleration

I have been having a simular problem with my girlfriends bike. She complained about the bike looseing power or "bucking " as she calls it , at speed.Several "shops" have played around with it ,but none have solved the problem .She feels the bike is not worth spending any more money on ,so I have tackled it .
The first thing I found was that someone had put the wrong hose on the pet ****. To open the pet **** you need vaccum from the cylinder side of the carb. There are two other hose nipples on the filter side of the carb that I don't know where they go .If you know , please tell me .The vaccum helped but didn't solve the problem. So I took the carb apart , cleaned out all the jets . One was pluged.
Now I have to run the bike a little, then check the spark plug. I think I am getting close.

SOURCE: Suzuki C90 Won't Start

Check your battery cables, especially the ground cable. Check your ignition switch for loose wires/connections. Check your fuse box. Check your wiring harness for shorts and broken wires. When you say "battery seems to have plenty of power" what does that mean? What test(s) did you perform on it?

the fuel pump relay is ecm controlled, (ecm turns it on when key on, starter depressed, and when engine is running) if its turning on with a jumper wire, u may need to replace the ecm.

Suzuki C90 Boulevard been sitting since 2007 only 162 miles on it. It hasn't ran since. What should I do?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to model category.

It sounds like you are trying the right things. The most obvious one is the kill-switch set to run.

Check for fuel injection, fuel pressure (pump may be seized) and spark.

I have a 2007 Suzuki Boulavard C90T and am in need for the front wheel torque specs

just make sure it's tight, and was blue loc tight on it as well it help protect it from the atmosphere. the put torqu spec more for gasket-ed surfaces, holes with tapered openings and people that use cheater bars on 8 mm bolts. I use a 3/8 impact to just run it tight, a stong hand one a 1/2 racket will be fine. A old mech i worked with a very smart wise man told me this once " they make a wrench the size they do is so you wont use a cheater bar to over tighten it, save your torque wrench for when you need it" those words have stuck in my head since i was 10 yrs olds and i have watched guys snap bolts because they dont use the right tool.
I hope this helps if there is anything else i can help please feel free to contact me.

2006 c90 boulavard rear signal light issues

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, this is a loose ground issue. Check the ground wire black/white; it should read 0 ohms to ground. Additionally or alternately, hardwire another ground wire to the body/frame from the taillight socket body.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

2005 Suzuki c90 Boulevard, started bike up after sitting since last fall, (we live in NB, Canada) the fuel injection light comes on and stays on...why? how do I reset?

You can reset by disconnecting the battery for about half an hour, but the gaskets on the fuel system have been dry for a couple of months, and in turn have shrunk, this would cause the pressure to drop, and you may need to re-tighten all the screws on the feul pump, rail etc. Hope that helps!
