My 2007 Kymco Xciting 250 has a new battery - cranks - but will still not turn over. Spark plug and coil are both good, but will still not turn over even with starting fluid in the carb - any thoughts of what to do next?

Remove the panel between your legs , with a screwdriver, Use the adapter found under the seat, you can locate the spark plug there, not to easy to see try with a torch first to locate it

get a can of starter fluid and spray a short burst into the air intake...it should fire up...if it won't stay running or idle your carb is clogged from storage i presume...right? usually storage for more than 3 mos will clog a carb if you did not winterize it...Good luck to you friend...Tim

Remove the seat. There should be a large plastic box with ( I think ) 6 screws in it to remove the air box cover. Go for it, then remove the filter. Your now exactly half way done.

Loose the gas additive. Clean the air filter and then install new spark plugs. If the bike has carbs, drain the carbs. .... All fixed!
