Must have timing lite. Hook timing lite up to battery place spk lead to #1 cylinder remove cover from data link connector (rectangler box on fender well) lid of box has diagram of pins short pin TE1 to E1 loosen distributer and set timing to spec. Spec should be on emission lable under hood.

INSTALL OIL COOLER
-clean the oil cooler contact surface on the oil cooled mounting
-install a new O-ring to the oil cooler.
-temporarily install the oil cooler with the nut
-apply a light coat of engine oi on the threads and under the head of the relief vale
-install the plate washer and union bolt. torque 78Nm (800kgfcm, 58 ft lbs.)
-tighten the nut,torque 8.8Nm (90kgfcm, 78 inch lbs.)
-connect the 2 water bypass hoses to the oil cooler.

You need to get a manual. Try the Haynes manual for your car. Try autozone; generally available for around $20. This is not the type of thing that can be covered here in enough detail to do you any good. You need a picture.
