Honda rodeo . They share same frame.

pretty sure it is 1994-1997 rodeo and passports, and they changed it in 1998, pretty sure it won't

go to the rockauto.com site and compare part numbers for each year and see if they are the same.

I worked at Dealership which sold these things new. The transmission is notoriously weak...have a transmission shop you trust check it out. I have rebuilt a few of those transmissions,and overdrive is usually the first thing to let go.Don't drive it for long:the contamination running thru the trans.will cause more damage,add to the repair and leave you stranded somewhere.Sorry but I don't think you are getting away cheaplyThe Honda Passport is a Rodeo with a Honda grille.you can still buy some Isuzu mechanical stuff thru Honda stores.Good luck

Auto Trans.and manual Rodeo has no dipstick. Fluid levels must be checked from underneath the vehicle on a lift at the shop. It can only be filled from underneath the vehicle as well.

No...the 96-97 don't interchange with the 98-00....and even some of the 98 parts (the tranny for instance) don't fit on the 2000.

If it only comes up in the 96-97 and not the 99, it won't fit.

Try a honda dealer as the passport was a re-badged isuzu or a salvage yard. All the isuzu's were clunkers and will wind up there anyway.
