Without looking at it, One has to wonder if they knocked off wires to altenator, Based soley on your description i gathered the car wouldnt crank? If this is the case? Its not charging for what ever reason, And you should isolate your charging system and or battery as blame.

2006 Honda Accord will not start and cannot lock car with the remote. worked fine 4 hours ago.

Start by removing the battery cables and giving them a good cleaning with a battery post cleaning tool. If it still will not start suspect the battery has shorted out and must be replaced, especially if the battery is the original battery that came in the vehicle. You can try hooking it up to a battery charger but if you see it will not take a charge it is bad. Remember when you disconnect the battery you will have to insert the 5 digit code to get the radio to work again. This very thing happened to me last month on my 04 Accord. Battery was good and 2 hours later it was bad. Replaced the battery and all is well.
