I have a 94 hionda accord 5 speed and the shifter cable broke i replaced it and knw it will only go into first and 3rd gear wat do i do

Vtec is honda name for VVT, valve variable timing, and is not a transmission part at all so is off topic if we want to do 1 at a time.
a wise idea that, leaks are your problem.as all are.

vtech bad causes huge engine power loss, for sure stuck in idle mode. so lets end that here.

2 cables clutch release snapped i gear. makes it hard to shift if you do not move car bay hand to N./ (a trick to lean 2 man job) as all tow truck drivers know for 100 years.

see this first photo , one can drop off links to that #8 part and shift the box by hand, sure can and if can the box end is good .
box means transmission box in whole.,, mech jargon.
all this is pure mechanics 101 problem shifting any M/T is.

end to end. no brains no CPU or TCM brains here, just real gears and levers and flex steel cables that love to fail not lubed regular.

I'd be looking for a replacement 5 speed transmission. Does it not go into 2nd and 3rd, or does it go in but won't move? Either way, something broke or is wrong internally, maybe the synchronizer rings are badly worn if it is difficult to put in gear. Can you put it in 2nd with engine off, then start the engine and see if it will move in 2nd? New tranny. Will it not go into 2 or 3? New tranny. Buy a used one, or check the rebuild cost- probably prohibitive.

Suspect a shift cable problem. There should be two cables from the shifter to the transmission. Have a look at the shift linkage while someone moves the shifter to see if cables operate

Check the linkage under the stick console. May be lose or broken.

Auto or manual transmission?

Does that transmission have external shift linkage? Sounds like a linkage broke or the neutral gate is way off.

I take it that you have a standard transmission ? there is no adjustment, but on the saturns the plastic insert on the shifter lever (remove the center console) is what breaks, Napa auto parts has the replacement part for about $20, or you can go to saturn and spend $200 on replacing both cables

the shift sinkcranizers are dry .may have to pull the shifter and use some white lithum grease on it work the shifter from gear to gear working in the grease drive the truck for about 25-30 miles and change trans fluid

Shift cables came loose or off you will need to locate the shift cables and ensure they are tight and not broke sometimes they will break so you may need to replace adjust and tighten up the bracket.

Any car I ever had which had manual shift and was popping out of gear meant that it was time for another transmission. A junkyard can tell you what years and models of toyota transmissions will fit.
Yes they usually have two shifter cables, pull the console and look under your shifter.
