In the fuse box / relay plate, fascia 3, placed inside the car on the driver's lateral side above pedals (for Right Hand Drive - RHD vehicles), you will find fuse nr.1 - F1 (30A) = Electric windows, central locking. Replace blowed fuse and that's all.

thanks for that, but the panel to the right of the footwell has relays but no fuses. there are no fuses or relays behind the panel above or the left of the drivers footwell.

It is a japanese import 1995 does this make a difference to the location?

relay bank has one fuse 7.5amp on passenger side footwell to the left, it is intact. nothing above or to right of passenger footwell either. the fuse bank under the bonnet there are 30amp fuses and all seem intact, are there any other possible locations that i might try? thanks for your help.

This fuse is not under bonnet!

On my software for 1995 Toyota RAV4 are three fuse boxes / relay plates placed inside of the car. Two on the right side and one on the left side of the car. Then fuse box / relay plate fascia 3 could be on passenger side footwell to the left side. The fuse nr.1 - F1 (30A) = Electric windows, central locking.

    Best Regards!

2003 Toyota Rav 4 No power to power windows and door locks

All fuses related to power doors and windows on drivers fuse box do not have voltage ???typo or key no on?
forgot to scan the PCM first , not wise that, first.
YOU SAID DO NOT.
LEARN THIS, MOST WINDOWS (ALL OF THEM) USE
THERMAL CIRCUIT BREAKER, NOT SIMPLE 50 CENT FUSE.
THAT IS BECAUSE ONe CAN PUSH MANY MOTOR BUTTONS AT ONCE AND THOSE MOTORS WOULD BLOW A SIMPLE FUSE IN AND INSTANT, but some cars use fuselinks or 50amp fuses. so only reading the manual can you know that.sca
Why not read the manual the service manual it covers all that.

your local shop has access to the manual too.
here is a USA car answer , not valid in other 50 countries (details) reading your manual on line me.
there are 11 fuses total here, but car runs so is way less count.
both sides fail, passenger and driver master? side.
names 0f all fuses, marked, in Fuse box

Gauge, and 20amp door, 30amp power, power relay here.
testing 1,2,3, key on.
pin 5 of power relay (SPST, common pin, in)
must be 12vdc key on. MUST BE.
and then pin3, out (SPST out) of relay
if pin5 is dead, fuses to that are blown. 50amp(DC/DC)
or f9 fuseable link ( seem this dead kills more)
the problem on electrics cars have 2 or more fusebox
even 2 front and 2 cab, .
and fuse, relays and yes breakers and those nasty fuse links.

HELP! my 2002 audi a4 drivers window and electric mirrors are not working. also when doors lock on central locking the alarm doesn't arm, but then does 30 secs later also the central locking switch on...

Either a fuse problem or could be a twist in the electrical cable in the door joint . Sometimes chafes the outer core away and causes shorts in stuff like this .

Doorlocks dont work except from passenger side. mirrors dont work. windows dont work from anywhere

First, check all fuses to make sure that none are blown.

If the door lock switch works on the passenger side, then the drivers side door lock switch is probably faulty. Use a multi-meter to test the Drivers Side Door Lock Switch (Black and Pink/Light Green wires unlock the vehicle, and the Black and Pink/Yellow wires lock the vehicle)
If the switch is tested and found to be operating properly, you may have a faulty Body Security Module or Drivers Side Door Lock Actuator.

If neither of your Power Mirrors are working, you probably have a faulty Exterior Rear View Mirror Switch, Power Mirror Module, or blown Central Junction Box Fuse.

If none of your Power Windows are working, you probably have a faulty Accessory Delay Relay or a blown fuse in your Central Junction Box or a faulty Master Window Adjust Switch (all of the Power Window Switches feed through this Master Window Switch). If the Power Windows didn't stop working at the same time, you may have faulty Window Adjust Switches, or faulty Power Window Motors, this is very unlikely though. It would also be a good idea to inspect the wiring for any obvious damage.

Camry 1996 automatic power lock doen't work, but windows work.

if you can here relays when unlocking/locking check for power at door lock actuators inside doors, if you have power on lock/unlock and good earth from connector actuators are faulty.
if no power on test light when operating check output from central door lock module while operating, none coming out of module then it might need replacing.
check 30Amp power fuse for main relay under bonnet (which goes to pin 8 white/blue on module)and 10Amp gauge fuse in cab(pin 1 blue/red on module),pin 15 is also power when relay is on(red/blue) with test light, and module/ actuators.
check outputs from module pin 3 & 4
blue/red
blue/black
that go to door locks
