if yes.
then fuel pressure is tested per the service guide.
pin 16 is shorted (F)

here it is, the DTC means this node p16 is shorted to a voltage source.(wrongly)

It's the O2 sensor attached to your exhaust pipe behind the catalytic convertor that has detected your exhaust is too lean. It could mean any of a variety of issues from simply the sensor is faulty, to the sensor being loose fitting, to a leak in the exhaust before the sensor, to a bad fuel injector ---- essentially, anything that can reduce the amount of fuel emission that "should" be present.

Bank 1 Sensor 2 signal is indicating a lean condition, replace the O2 sensor. Right side (passenger) after the Cat.

Black smoke usually means a very 'rich' mixture....but because this is run by the computer, it really means that the computer is being sent a message that there is a 'lean' mixture and it is trying to fix this. So, problem might be vacuum leak or O2 sensor.

i guess you mean p0930 obdii code... that is gear shift lock selenoid circuit problem....when press on brake does gear shifter move freely.. anyway reset and see if returns... if problem with gear shift try replacing selenoid
