Sterio unlocking i ant enter my code on the sterio because it is on off mode how do i unlock it

you dont/cant by=pass if using key to lock and unlock vehicle and key is good [starts vehicle ] when you enter you have about 60 seconds to put key into ignition and start vehicle --and make sure have a fully charged battery -- buy a fob online and you can program your self unless it has remote start then need dealer to hook up and flash

There is no way to unlock the stereo if you have forgotten the code. Nobody here can offer you a universal code.

Bestbuy installs sterios call them and ask one of the installers worth a try.

disconnect + battery cable for 5 minutes and re-connect. that should reset the system completly so you can start all over again

FORD KEY PADS

• Enter permanent factory code
  
• Press the 1/2 button within 5 seconds to enter programming mode
  
• Within 5 seconds enter new code, doors will lock, unlock to verify code, this erases previous codes remotes will also need to be programmed. (MAYBE)
  

KEY PADS/REMOTES

• Insert key, turn ignition off-to- on eight times in succession, ending with key in on position doors will lock, unlock to verify in programming mode
  
• Press any button on new remote, doors will lock, unlock to verify
  
• Do the previous step with the second remote, doors will lock unlock to verify.
  
• Turn ignition off. Doors will again lock, unlock to verify.
  

NOTE-Some vehicles use 5 turns of the key instead of 8

Your factory code is on a card in the owners manual. If that is lost, access the control module in the cargo area behind the left cover panel.

You MIGHT be able to see the code printed on it, or you might need to pull it out in order to see it.

need to notify a dealer the [ loc ] code is part of security system if u have manual it will advise how to get radio id number which will also be needed or call dealer and will advise how to get radio id number

if you don't have the correct code then you need to take it to Lexus and let them do it. It should only be around 50-100 dollars for unlocking and new code...or just buy a new system

Hello! You will need to contact a GM dealership for the override code, but you will also need to provide them with some info from the radio. Follow these steps:
1) Press & hold the 2 & 3 buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds; a 2 or 3 digit code will appear, write this # down,
2) Press & hold the AM/FM button for about 10 seconds: another code will appear, write this # down as well.

You may also need to provide your VIN to the dealership as well.
