SOURCE: 2003 Chrysler Sebring, no heat cold air only.

sounds like a restriction in the coolant bypass and or heater core. you will want to check if both sides of the heater core hose near the firewall are hot on both sides if so you have an issue with the air ducts but if not then you may have a failing heater control valve or a restriction.

SOURCE: Heater on 1995 Chrysler Concorde stopped heating.

there are no reset codes, did you bleed the air out of the cooling system? if not do this procedure, if that doeasn't fix it u have a failed air temperasture control blend door motor actuator.
The generic method of bleeding air from the cooling system is to use a floor jack and raise the front of the car as high as poss, then fill the coolant recovery tank full and run the engine until it just starts to overheat, high end of normal zone on gauge, then shut the engine down and run cold water over the radiator core, this will self bleed the system and the coolant will be pulled from the recovery tank, repeat as necessary, never let the recovery tank run dry or more air will be pulled into the cooling systeml ,

The heat blows cold and hot. Is it the resistor module or the themostat

The resistor controls fan speed, not temp.
If the heat comes and goes, it could be the thermostat, or the radiator could be low on coolant, or have air pockets, or one of the blend doors may not be working correctly.
The blend doors direct air thru the heater core and the vents.

Heater blows cold

Check the heater matrix valve firstly for it's valve operation and cable operation. Also check that the heater matrix isn't clogged with hair and gunk. this can dramatically affect how much air can blow through it.Check that the pipes leading in and out of it are hot from the engine. If not, then check your engine for coolant leaks, blockages and running temperature. If your engine isn't getting up to heat, then neither will your heater. This could likely be a thermostat which has failed.

I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica and my blower is blowing only cold air. The heat does not work.

Tenia, the most likely cause is that you are low on engine coolant. The coolant from the engine also runs through your heater coil. Check the coolant level when the engine is cool. There is a line in the coolant resevoir that says 'Cold Max'. Add the premixed coolant until you reach that line.

If that works, I would monitor the coolant level over the next few days. If it drops again, you likely have a coolant leak somewhere.

Heater not getting hot but blower is working

Without more information, I can tell you that you have a problem with your heater core. Check coolant levels and make sure you aren't low on coolant. If that isn't an issue, make sure your heater core isn't bypassed. In Texas, I see them bypassed instead of repaired because it hardly ever gets cold here. You could also have a dirty heater core that isn't allowing the heat transfer. The only other thing it could be is an issue with the temperature blend door/actuator. If it isn't opening properly to allow the warm air from the heater core to enter the ventilation system, you won't get hot air.
