This seems to be a wiring fault, chk fuses 1st for broken ciruit, then see if any wiring not attached around the AC. Chk out yr earthing wirings particuarly in the cabin area.

If just one window doesn't work, that is a separate issue, and probably a bad motor for that window. The inner door panel would have to be removed to investigate if it is the motor or a wire not connected. For the radio and lights, all I could say is check the fuses. For the blinkers try a new flasher. I've never heard this before, you must be pretty adept at it by now. Wiggling it to make it work means either the connection is poor or the flasher has a foot ******- Replace it!
Your aftermarket radio should have color-coded wires which identifies power, ground, speakers, etc. most depaetment stores carry a radio harness adapter kit. This will connect to your radio's exact color coded wires, and will plug right in to your factory's wiring plug. And don't forget electrical tape.
Your problem is likely a bare wire under the ash that is hitting metal when it moves. You'll have to open up the dash and trace out you wire harness, Start at the radio connection and work back looking for a bare spot in the insulation or maybe even jjust a crack in it. Tape it up and try to reposition it so it doesn't hit metal or chafe again. Hope this helps.

Your rear turn signal flashes fast because the front is not working. Most likely you have a burnt out bulb in the front. If your A/C compressor can be turned over by hand and doesn't lock up or make any clanking sounds it's probably alright. The compressor will not run if the system is low on refrigerant. If you're having problems with the A/C and heater controls, that would be the first ting to repair. It doesn't sound at all like any electrical problems.
all these circuits share some common fuses, check fuse #6 ( 10 amp ), fuse # 11 ( 15 amp ) & fuse #12 ( 10 amp ) all in the inside fuse box at the left end of the dash.....good luck
