Hello. It's possible your vehicle's BCM (Body Control Module) was 'shorting'; 'draining' the battery overnight. You stated a fuse was removed and battery voltage increased. That may be your answer; the BCM is at fault. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

If the short was draining the battery then when the fuse blew that would stop the battery drain. So you have two faults. The battery and a short after the fuse.. Have a load test done on the battery to check for internal fault. follow the wire after the fuse and find where it is touching the earth or the unit is is hooked to may be the fault.
WHEN TURN OFF CAR CHECK TO SEE IF RADIO TURN OFF.CHECK TO SEE IF INTERIOR LIGHTS OFF.MAKE SURE HEADLIGHTS TURN OFF.IF ALL LOOK GOOD.YOUR POWER DOOR LOCK FAULTY DRAIN POWER.FAULTY BLOWER MOTOR RELAY DRAIN BATTERY.FAULTY STARTER RELAY OR SOLENOID DRAIN BATTERY.FAULT IN THE PCM WILL DRAIN BATTERY.MANY MANY THINGS WILL DRAIN BATTERY.
Use a 12volt test light between the positive battery post and the positive cable with the positive cable disconnected from the battery. Keep key off. You will see the test light "light" with any drain.
Any drain showing a dim test light is..... OK Any drain showing a bright light is.....BAD
Disconnect items (fuses) one at a time and watch the light. Keep the doors closed....the inside dome light is a drain with the door open! After fuses are checked....disconnect the alt if needed and watch the light. Keep going until you get rid of the bright light.
