There is a solid state relay located on the frame rail on the drivers side under the air box it has four wires going to it and has most likely failed. there was (or is) a recall on this part and they cost around $40 dollars they are pretty easy to install but make sure to clean the frame rail where the relay bolts down to, and make sure the relay sits flat and has no debris blocking airflow to it as these get very hot and will fail agian if not properly installed -jeff please rate

I have a 1996 chrysler town and country with 180k miles. It over heats at times with out warning or reason. I check the radiator frequently and it is filled to the top. What could it be. I have also...

The water pump would be the next thing that I would check out see if there is any coolant by the water pump. It sounds like you aren't getting any circulation and it probably wouldn't hurt to flush out your coolant system there might be a blockage in one of the water jackets or the heater core. And also see if your cooling fans are working on the radiator. You might have a relay that failed. One way to try to fool the computer when it starts to get hot turn on your air conditioner it should activate the cooling fans. Also check the fans motors themselves make sure that they are good and that they are working properly.

Key stuck in ignition 2001 chrsyler town country

Try slightly moving the steering wheel from left to right while trying to remove the key. If that doesn't work, try spraying a little bit of LOC-EASE in the cylinder, Good luck, Gary
