If the switch for take pics/view pics is broken and you have been switching modes by sharp object, you may have inadvertantly removed a circuit trace or a component all together. The circuit behind the switch will need to be repaired by a qualified technician which, in this case, may cost more than the device is worth.

I need these drivers too!

You need to delete stuff on the memory card or put a empty memory card in there

Taken from the concord website and I quote

"Special Note:
Concord cameras are incompatible with the Windows Vista operating system. Please do not download or use the drivers listed on this site in a Windows Vista operating environment."

do not have a solution as the spares or service centres are not available in Australia,
very frustrating as its a good camera ,its stuck on the night portrait mode ,the reset to original setting wont work due to the toggle not responding on the upward movement ,thanks anyway ,Mike

I don't think it has a microphone and isn't capable of recording sound.

(I got my Concord 3346z several years ago, so they could have changed it)

jus plug it into ur usb port and it should download drivers with ur disc,, it did mine

my installation disk has been damaged, and I need nto reload it onto my computer

Digitak cameras have an auto focus in which you hold the button half way down and it will focus. a green light will appear at the top of the screen if the light is ideal for the shot. You can push the button all the way down without the half way for auto focus but you will have to hold it down for a few seconds for it to take the shot. It sounds as though you just may not be giving the camera enough time to actually take the shot.

I have the software. It is called Concord EyeQ Duo 2000 PC Installation Disk for Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP. It includes ArcSoft Suite which is Photo Impression 2000 and Video Impression 1.6 and the User's Guide and the Camera Drivers.
