should be right below where b vent exits roof.

heat contactor stuck in.

bad capacitor or motor or fan relay.

heat sequencers, heat strips, fusible links all possible.

change capacitors.

the snap or noise you hear is internal to compressor.

check the two outside lines and see if there is a difference in temperture. it may be only outside fan running.

most likely the contactor you are hearing. replace.

sounds like inside coil froze due to low air flow. bad fan motor, fan relay,dirty coil or filter.

blower motor bad, capacitor for fan motor, fan relay, or coil froze up all possibilities

fire ants are attracted to the eleectrical components of contactor & swiches. use some ant powder on areas around conduit.

change control voltage fuse.

breaker tripping might be weak. replace.

fan relay stuck in.

bad capacitor or motor.

contactor coil bad or shorted low voltage \wires feeding outside unit.
