RAZR phone I have a Motorazr v3m. The keypad quit working except for the power button. I have a lock code on the phone. I don't really care about the phone right now, but I would LOVE to get my contacts off of the phone. I downloaded the Motorola PST software, but I don't know if flashing the software would remove the lock code. All I want to do is remove the lock code so i can take it to Verizon to have them copy the contacts into my new phone...

Motorola Motorazr V3m. Can barely hear ringer
Does it work well before? If it was working well, the I think the phone ringer is bad. I don't think it has anything to do the software update.

Device is bad or needs reset, remove the battery while the device is on and count to 30 then re-apply battery and power on!

Motorazar says locked???
You can still ask him the Lock code and reset your own lock. Or ense you have to go to a Cell phone repair center to get it unlocked.
