There may be a web filter or monitoring option enabled on the router... check your running configuration to see if you have any of these filters or monitors enabled

It should be on a card stored in a holder under the bottom of the router. These cards fall out easily so check your floor. If you can not find it, check with http://www.belkin.com/us/contactus/support/. They are very helpful and may offer aditional services such as a BIOS update.
Click on the green Belkin Router Manager icon (right-click for Windows) to open the menu, or type 192.168.2.1 into a web browser.
On the Belkin Router Manager menu, scroll up to Router Settings and highlight.
Click to open the Belkin Router Setup page on your Web browser.
You must log in with a password to make changes to your Router's settings. If you have not yet set a custom up a password, leave this field blank and click the "Submit" button.
The wireless security of the Belkin must have been enabled. Use a computer wired to the router to access the setup page and get the network key. In the address bar of your browser, type192.168.2.1. By default, leave the password blank. Once on the setup page of the router, go to Wireless -> Security. You will see the network key here. On your laptop, view the available wireless networks and you should see your wireless network name or SSID, then when you click connect you have to enter the network key. I hope this helps!
