I would doubt there is a way to get into that encrypted drive without the password. Hopefully you don't need whatever is on there. You might be able to format it, but it would be wiped clean, and all info on it lost permanently.
You must obtain and "RMA" (return merchandise authorization) prior to sending any drive to Hitachi. This entire procedure is outlined at the link above.
