I have a Tricity DH101 replacement element, but can't see how I remove the old and replace it with the new one, do I have to do this from beneath the unit?

Thermal fuse or high ouput thermostat.

Most likely..... 1st does it run the exact amount of time when it trip. If so the action that it is about to cycle into has to much of a load on it, or bad breaker. if machine detects a problem it will automatically go 2 zero and let the water out. Also check the board for corrosion

both sensors need replacing as a pair...........

Hi Les. We had a tower oven with three ovens! One oven we constantly used had the element distort, and it had to be replaced.
Most likely the element is on its way out. If you have a multimeter, you can check the voltage supplying the element.
You will need to find the make, model number, and maybe the serial number of the oven to progress.
The details may be inside the oven door or on the rear of the oven. Do a google search, and you should be able to find replacement elements, and a local supplier of original parts or aftermarket replacements.

It has to be accessed from removing the lower access panel. Before attempting this...TURN OFF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TO THE UNIT FIRST!!!!!

Possible that the INLET valve is faulty /clogged or there is no voltage to switch ON the inlet valve.
So measure the voltage at the inlet valve, also check if the inlet filter is clogged.
Check the water pressure at the inlet to confirm, remove the line from the inlet valve and confirm the flow when activated.

Check the drain hose and the drain lines, if you find no obstructions, then you have a defective drain pump.

If you find no problem with the drain lines, you may need to replace the pump.
