Red power light on a Toshiba CE 32 T 11 is blinking and unit will not come on

google to see several posts on projection tv red light blinking from several different manufactures (sony; toshiba; samsung; philips; you name it) and several models.

chec your ic register diode and transistor.
aslo check poer supply waltage and earthing properly.

Your television probably has problem on power supply.. some television sets has its own Power on Delay (P.O.D.) on power supply circuits., thus to protect your equipment for severe damage.. please contact a certified technician to repair your unit.. hope this help

hello the red blinking lights is a service code when this happens it means theres a power problem or a fualty circut. it happens alot with these new plasma and lcd tv's its very common since these units have built in protection and power loss a fualt or short will cuase this.
the tv needs service the tech will know what to look for according to the number of blinks.

42 inch Toshiba DLP. Was watching a movie and the screen went dark. The red light started to flash and kept flashing. any ideas 

my screen will turn on right after unit is plugged in and stay on for a short period of time, then it shuts off and the red light near the power button blinks and teh tv will not turn back on. there might be problem of loose contact in power supply Thanks

No need to take the front screen out. The power deflection board is messing up with that red light.

What are the labels on the lights? Timer/Lamp/Service and what color is wich?
