1st You download Webcam Driver.
Tryin to install my webcam
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

maybe your audio hardware is already broken, look for a technician to see if your sound card is still working.

when you click on the driver u want to download, choose save, choose desk top as location. Put your disk in, right click on the driver from your desktop, copy then choose your disk drive. viola!

trying to download utstarcom driver to my computer , do you have a solution

I would uninstall the current sound card drivers first ensure that the sound if onboard is enabled in bios and then reinstall drivers etc if that doesnt work from the driver cd, download new drivers from the manufacturers website onto a flash drive and unpack them to a folder in my docs and either run the .exe file or the update driver wizard in device manager.

Have you tried manually adding the music to the device through windows explorer? I know it will work that way, I've had to do it a few times with my daughters that is the same model yours is.
