Tv is devloping a power supply board problems,that the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.U have all the tools also can do basic soldering and understanding basic electronic?Take the tv aparts,check power supply board carefully looking for capacitors parts are dying,it alway bulges up or puffing up on it tops.By replacing all these dying leakages capactors,should solved this problems.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
