I have the Slick MP418C-4 4GB music and video player, when I connect it to my laptop the battery starts charging. I can not syn it to the media player because it does not appear as a removable device. I'm using the O.S. Windows XP. What is going on, is there a solution to this problem.

4. select the music's that you want
5. covert the music's that you want
6. copy the music's to the mp3
7. done , hear the music's

Read the instructions in the cd, it comes with a video converter and tells you how to do it :) I have the same one but a diffrent problem lol

go to settings/date and time/adjust date (or time) Month is highlighted....use left/right to adjust month, hold down menu until it highlights date, adjust date......

Unless something is wrong with the unit you should be able to have the unit in the on position then plug the unit in to the computer using the USB cable for the machine. I would make sure the unit is fully charged. You will need to have the unit in the on position and plugged up to charge the unit fully.
