Hi, If you getting bad sound driver, its problem related to your sound driver. Check device manager that your system sound driver installed or not. If driver not installed, install it form your motherboard CD or download it form motherboard model official web site like Intel, gigabyte etc.
If driver installed already then uninstall them and reinstall again your sound driver will properly.
you can remove the sound driver then re install the sound driver. so you can insert the sound driver cd or mother board cd, then re install the driver .
