You need to use Windows XP Professional SP3 media dvd if you want to use your XP Pro SP3 product key. As far as I know, the SP3 product key does not work with the previous version of media (non-SP, SP1, and SP2).

try right clicking on easygrade pro, select properties, go to the compatibility tab, select run this program in compatibility mode as windows xp pro (service pack 3), then try running the program and entering the serial number.

contact microsoft, they give you a new one.

right click on easygrade pro, select properties, go to the compatibility tab, choose run in compatibility mode as windows xp (service pack 3), start easygrade pro and try to reenter the serial number.

Look under your keyboard or the back of the PC for the WinVista sticker, with activation code, or contact your Microsoft reseller (i.e. PC store) for a license.

You may need to check to see which "service pack" you are currently on.

Windows Vista SP1
There are currently no known issues with Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista based on our initial limited testing and customer feedback.
