Vga is your video driver. Usually if you have windows updates enabled it will find the best driver for your video card/ chip. If you need to manually install; find out what video card is installed by going into device manager and click on display adapters and it will tell you what make you have and then click on the properties and click on driver details and it will tell you how old the driver is.

You didn't told us the brand name and model of your laptop, what is the OS you use ..!
Generally:
You can go to the manufacture website, choose your laptop model, the OS you use, then choose to download the VGA driver, it will be downloaded as (.exe ) file to your pc, then double click it, the driver will start installing, and go on.. !
