Gigabyte GA-8LD533 Motherboard Questions & Answers
Motherboard is on but no display
If you have onboard graphics, it might be faulty. Try a graphics card in the machine. If that does not work re seat the cpu. (Take it out of the slot and blow on the pins and put it back) If this still does not work you might have a dead motherboard.

Please shutdown and plug realtek pcie card to complete the installation
I used the main Gigabyte G31m version 1.1. and get the same error. If I use latest version for network adapter driver (realtex 8139, version: 5.703 (8/28/2008)), it will not work. Then, I change use driver with version: (realtex 8139, version: 5.635 (9/23/2005)), it works well! It seems the driver with version:5.703 (8/28/2008) get another error.

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty
One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to boot
Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA
the leads from your motherboard to your hard drive make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty
