Print spooler error in windows xp sp2 & sp3 - Computers & Internet

This is due to a security flaw in SP2. You will need to download SP3 update from Microsoft!
IF you go to Microsoft XP SP3 Manual Update, follow this link and download the update then run it. This will correct the issue.
I also suggest that turn on automatic updates. Although XP is no longer supported by Microsoft you will still get all the old updates.

update to SP3 and see how you get on, if you have no luck after updating to SP3 try downloading the printer drivers from the manufacturers website

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, AND I RESOLVE IT CHANGIN A BULGING CAPACITOR NEAR THE PROCESSOR

Go to run. Type in services.msc. Look for print spooler and click it. You should be able to start it.

reinstall audio drivers

sp3 is an essential download,yes you should get it .its bugs have been worked out.its also critaical to keep your pc safe from hackers and such.Shouldnt have a problem with it,but even if u did just uninstall it..

your game requirement says the minimum requirement is SP2 but recomemded SP3, your game still runs in SP2

First of all: If you install SP2 you don't have to install SP1 over it. It already did. Secondly, don't install SP3, it destroys Windows XP.
Try reinsalling the PC with SP2, install the drivers and do nothing else, see if that helps.
