good day! maybe you updated the version of your cyberlink youcam? some of the youcam are automated updated and sometimes it would'nt recognized by facebook.com.
you press your cyberlink youcam 5 icon at ur computer desktop, with the right side of the mouse. then it will say if you remove the app, go to add/remove programs. then it will show you the page with the icons installed. the find your cyberlink cam 5. press on it. the button will have 'remove'. press remove and cyberlink cam 5 will be uninstalled. try cyberlink 2... it has free trial 30 days

- Go to Programme
-Then you must find cyberlink Youcam
- Then you right click on this option
(Cyberlink Youcam), click on
send to desktop (shortcut)

Yes Vista is the Operating System. From what I have been able to determine you need YouCam 2 for Vista. You can check with Cyberlink to see if you qualify for a free upgrade or fix for this problem.
