My samsung galaxy s duos s7562 hangs every time how can i solve it

My bb storm is always hanging and always nids to reboot.

you need to reformat the phone, if that problem always occurs, if your phone is still under warranty you need to go to the nearest samsung service center, let them fix your phone, or you can also do this, erase some files on your fone, maybe that is one of the problem why your phone always hangs.

The hanging problem might be as a result of the follow:

1. Maybe there is a virus on your phone.
2. Maybe the phone memory is full.
3. Memory card also might be full or maybe the memory card has virus
4. Your phone operating system might me corrupt.

Solution(s):

• Try to delete the files on the phone memory and let's see what happens
• Remove the memory card and put on the phone without it and see if the phone will still hang
• Master reset the phone and see if phone will still hang

If you try all the above and your phone still hangs, then you will have no choice than to take your phone to a qualified phone repair shop for software restore. That is, computer will be used to format your phone and the phone software will be reinstalled afresh to its factory default state and you will not see any trace of hanging on your phone any more.

Its compatibility problem, kindly change your driver or software and alternative change you video card or vga card.

To avoid hang problem,transfer all data from phone memory to memory card,removes sim & memory card.Then press *#7370# or *#7780# ,these code makes your mobile factory reset.

when it is hang just open the phone that is open the slide one it work normally and same for the video ply
