It means that the main board on the monitor is no longer functional you need to replace it or take it to a technician.

(When connecting D-Sub cable) Check the signal cable connection. (When connecting DVI cable) If you still see an error message on the screen when the monitor is connected properly, check to see if the monitor status is set to analog. Press Source button to have the monitor double-check the input signal source.

Source button Activates a highlighted menu item.
/ Push the 'SOURCE', then selects the video signal while the OSD is off. (When the source button is pressed to change the input mode, a message appears in the center of the screen displaying the current mode -- analog or digital input signal.) Note : If you select the digital mode, you must connect your monitor to the graphic card's port using the DVI cable.

Check signal cable

Check if the monitor is not working by connecting this monitor to another computer.

If the monitor woks on another pc, then the pc is the issue and not the monitor.

If monitor doesnt work on the other pc, then it's the monitor that needs replacing.

I hope this helps you :)

No picture...check signal cable Analog message following movement and re-connection

Hello,

Check for bent pins in the signal cable. Unplug the cable from the back of the computer and look at the end, you will see small pins sticking out. We have seen many times when people move systems that a pin will get bent over and when you plug it in to the PC it gets flattened out all the way. If you find a bent pin you may be able to straighten it out with a pair of needle nose pliers but if it breaks you can get a replacement cable for $6.50 shipped, http://www.ccl-la.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=54

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

Screen went out and flickers

Try swapping PC input cable with replacement.

Try Monitor on another PC.

If still no go check the manufacturers warranty.......some are 5 years.

Sounds like internal fault.

Did you check for new drivers to both vid card and display? That'd be the first thing to try.

New Monitor Installation

Does your computer have more than one video adapter installed. If so, try plugging into the other one.
