Hi,

I don't have Freestyler myself, but friend of mine here in Finland found small innertubes and outer tires that fit to Freestyler 4 in hardware shop. They cost only few euros (4-8 dollars?)

I don't know about could bike shops have those also?

Hi there, can you tell me where I can buy an innertube for the tyre of a Bugaboo Cameleon. Many thanks, Kirsty

Inner tube is a 12.5 x 1.75 - 2.25 your local bike shop should have one or be able to order it. Here's a web site that sells them but with shipping it's big $$$ www.babycare.nl/spare-parts-bugaboo-cameleon-c-34_124_153.html

I need a front wheel or tyre and innertube. size of the tyre is 7x 1 3/4

Front wheels have solid tires with no tubes. You can only buy a compete set of front wheels from Bugaboo or Local agent. If you do plan to buy look at buying the bigger snow wheels they give a better ride.

Need instructions for installing innertube into a bike tire

Remove the wheel from bicycle.
Take the air off the wheel, by pressing with small screw driver or fingertip on the valve while make pressure on the tyre
With the help of a tyre remover lever or with somekind of non sharpie lever, put it between the tyre bed and the tyre and try to take the edge off the bed. Once you got one put another aroun one inch appart and repeat the procedure, then try to slip one of them all around the wheel and you will end with one side of the tyre off the wheel.
push the valve of the innertube in and pull off the innertube.
Put the new innertube inside the tyre and push the valve throught the orifice on the wheel.
By hand, try to put the tyre back on the bed, is good idea at this point put some air on the innertube, but not too much, just enought to get in the tyre and far from the tyre bed.
If not possible to put the tyre back on the bed by hand use the same tool to remove, but be very very carefull not to pinch the innertube, because is very easy to pinch it.
Put air on the tyre and put it back on the bicycle

Phil & Ted Sport V1 wobbles and pulls

Hi,

It sounds like that the tyre or innertube has perhaps become warped, this can happen when there has been over or under inflation.
I would suggest that you try first with a new innertube (get one from a local bicycle shop with a 'bent valve' as this makes inflation easier). If this doesn't help, then you can then try a new tyre and see if that helps.

I hope this helps.

Any tips on putting a new inner tube into the tire

If you have had a puncture check the inside of tire for likely causes of puncture (nails tacks etc THORNS if moutain biking in the countryside. Make sure the inner liner is o.k. partially inflate the innertube. Line up the valve with the hole in rim gently insert the tube into the tyre working from either side of the valve . Check that the innertube is not pinching as you press tyre into position again working both ways from the valve. Squeeze the tyre between hand and fingers to ensure the it is properly positioned, inflate and off you go.

Every other week i'm getting flat tyres very unexpectedly. The tyre pressure warning light comes on but instantly the tyre is completely flat. Apparently its due to corrosion of alloy rims, how can i get...

Hi,

A temporary workaround/remedy is to put innertube inside the tire. Even if the alloy rims could not longer provide a good air tight seal, the inner tube would still hold the air. You may need to specify the tire size and width. Additionally, you may want to ask your tireman to likewise install a buffer of some sort between the innertube and the alloy rim. This is to prevent the any sharp portion of the corroded alloy rim puncturing the inner tube. Some local tiremen use a cutoff/old inner tubre as buffer.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
