The phone has nothing on the display. It was left off the charger all night. It is making a humming noise. It is just the phone that is making the noise when it is on the charger. I have been charging the phone but nothing is working. Just want to know if the battery is dead or something else is wrong with it. Could you let me know please. Thanks Darlene Wodard

The battery might be bad. Try replacing the battery and if that doesn't help the humming noise also then something is wrong with the speaker in which case you will have to replace you phone.

I have a pair of JM lab Electra 905 speakers, running through a DNM amp and power amps. When powered up, the left speaker makes a very loud humming noise. This has happened recently. I haven't changed...

Hello
Switch on your amp, keep its volue down to extreme low, and listen if there is still hum through the left channel or not. If still there is hum, the left side power amplifier section inside the amp;ifier is faulty. If htere is no hum at this state, hum enters thorugh the audio input terminal, and the input wires must be checked for open sheild connection. OK.

Why is it making a humming noise

If it is humming ONLY when you connect it for charging and does not hum when you have no load on it...it has too much initial load and the humming is caused by an output current overload.
I don't know what you are trying to charge....if you are VERY careful and you can monitor the output current load....you may be able to get a charge....BUT BE VERY CAREFUL!

Neighbor's kerosene tank makes horrible noise at night

The oil lines that run from tank to furnace is acting like a guitar string. As oil is being pumped through the pipe, it is humming. Try placing an old rug on the tank to see if it absorbs the hum.

Last night in the middle of a wash load it just stopped working...full of water. When you turn it on it sometimes makes a humming noise for about a minute but then nothing.

You are going to have to replace the motor, unless you can repair it. That humming noise is the motor trying to start. For some reason, it cant turn. May be the switch (in the motor), something may be jammed in the belt, the bearings may be bad. Open it up and see what it is...Lee

I replaced the light bulb, now it displays -F6- and pushing any button causes a humming noise.

I left the unit unplugged over night, plugged it back in the next day and still had the same problem.
