Ultimate chopper replacement parts

Are replacement parts available? How do I order them. I Need the replacement coupler for the blender attatchment. I tried repair shops with no luck. I called the customer service center and got some fool who tried to sell me everything else from knife sets to air purifiers.I tried to explain that all I neede was this part and he just ignored me. HELP!

    I need the blade for the Ultimate chopper. It comes apart after use, and always has!

    Where does one get replacement parts? Need plastic cover for mine, mine broke and of course chopper is useless without cover. My husband bought it, should have returned in 5 years ago when he bought it. Pricey chopper and can do same with my Kitchen Aide food processor. No list of replacement parts came with chopper.

Amazon.com sells replacement parts for the Ultimate Chopper. I am not sure if they have exactly what you're looking for, but it might be worth checking out.

I just ordered a replacement clear plastic chopping lid along with blade from TV time direct website http://www.tvtimedirect.com. On their website, use their Quick Find option - type in Utlimate Chopper, then it will show the replacement part listing for this item.
Here is their phone #1.800.238.7119.

    I did some additional web searching due to the fact that the Ultimate Chopper website or 1-800 # doesn't support this product anymore. I located a website (Maxi-Matic, USA) that has an identical Ultimate Chopper (names Super Elite Cuisine Chopper) - model EC-750 - Phone # (626) 912-9877. They have replacement parts including the clear plastic cover lid.

Base gear for the top of the base
Carefully take it apart and clean it thoroughly. If you see any burnt wires, trying replacing those if you know how to replace one. As for the plastic gear on the power base, it can be easily replaced with any ordinary similar coupler of the same size, for example like the one KitchenAid supplies (Blending coupler 9704230). The only catch here is that you need to replace the coupler on the base of your choppers as well. This would be a better idea considering getting rid of the cheap plastic used in these blenders and the need for long-term use.

probably its the rubber that hold the blade cover to the mug is damage..if you cannot get a rubber then you need to buy new blender.good luck.

Hi there, it's hard to find a supplier if there is one in the uk,as most TV Products are american but made in china, however there are two areas where you can try and find replacement parts, one is to the retialor direct here http://www.ultimatechopper.com/request-custserv.html which i believe is a good option, or there is a site that sells parts but i did find it a little confusing, it this one http://www.chinasuppliers.globalsources.com/
The first option at least gives you contact details and a support area and you will get help from them 100%
