I have the ultimate chopper and need two parts replaced-both the blade part and the dome. No address or part listing came with my chopper when i ordered it from a TV ad....Please advise me as to where I can get parts. I love my chopper and I am lost without it..
Hi there, it's hard to find a supplier if there is one in the uk,as most TV Products are american but made in china, however there are two areas where you can try and find replacement parts, one is to the retialor direct here http://www.ultimatechopper.com/request-custserv.html which i believe is a good option, or there is a site that sells parts but i did find it a little confusing, it this one http://www.chinasuppliers.globalsources.com/
The first option at least gives you contact details and a support area and you will get help from them 100%
