Check the oven to ensure that it is off and that the timer isn't running. The buttons used to set the clock are the same buttons that adjust the oven, and you may end up making unintended adjustments to the oven.

    • 2

Press the "Clock" button to enter the clock setting mode. The LCD will show the current time set on the oven.

    • 3

Use the "Set Temp/Time +" or "Set Temp/Time -" buttons to adjust the clock to the current time. Depending on your model of stove you may need to use the "Hour," "Min" or the "Temp/Hour" up and down arrow buttons to set the time.

    • 4

Save the new clock setting by pressing the "Start" button. Depending on your stove model, you may need to press the "Clock" button a second time if the "Start" button does not work.

Built-in oven-- clock unresponsive

You do not need the clock I removed it and wired the oven direct. The wires are easy to get at when the front panel is removed. If you look at the manuals on line they will guide you with the correct wires to use

My bosch oven - HBA 13B250B is not displaying the clock real time any more. The oven still works. I can't find my instruction manual. Any ideas how to reset the clock

Hi,

To change time on your Bosch oven, please do the following:

1. Press the clock icon (above the MINUS (-) button repeatedly until the clock icon on the display illuminates.

Please note: There are 4 illuminated icons on the display above the time. There are 3 which have clocks on them. You need to make sure the 4th icon (on the far right) is illuminated on the display.

2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the clock to the correct time.

Once you have set the correct time, the oven will return the displaying the time and the illuminated clock icon will disappear. You do not need to press anything to confirm the time is set.

If you are still having difficulty, please post back for further assistance.

Regards,
BElectric

I have a 40 year old Tappan electric wall oven. It has an analog clock with 3 timers on it (2 small timer...stop and start and a large timer with 3 hands on it). Which position do the timers need to be for...

I have one of these too. the TOP small clock should be set to the time you want the oven to start and the BOTTOM small clock should be set to the time you want it to turn off. Be sure to set the oven settings to what you want and the correct temperature.

Try testing it first just to see if it works correctly. It's also important to make sure the other large clock on the oven is set correctly.

Oven has power but will not turn on. Cannot set

try to cut the power to the oven for about 30 minutes and see if it will reset the clock. if this doesn't work you may need to replace the ERC (clock). sometimes you can get a rebuilt, check around.

Diplomat Oven ADP3650 Instructions

User manuals are hard to find.
The problem I had was setting the clock on a single Diplomat oven, with no clock button. Here's my solution :

DIPLOMAT OVEN OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Diplomat single oven is controlled by two knobs and a set of buttons along the middle of the control panel.
The left knob sets the temperature of the oven, while the right knob selects the function to be performed, e.g. fan oven, grill, etc.
The buttons along the middle set the cooker clock, the start and end times of cooking, and the “+” and “-“ buttons will increase or decrease the time shown on the cooker’s clock.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OVEN WILL NOT OPERATE UNTIL THE CLOCK IS SET.
If there is any interruption to the power supply (including manually switching off at the main switch) the oven will not operate until the clock is reset.
Here’s how to set the clock:
First press simultaneously the first two buttons to the left of the control panel. They are marked as a Bell symbol (Alarm) , and a steaming Cooking Pot (Start of Cooking Time). Then immediately press the plus “+” or minus “-“ buttons to increase or decrease the time displayed. When the desired time has been reached, leave it for a few seconds, and it will remain set at this time. Any further changes to the displayed time will require this procedure to be repeated.
Hope this helps!
