When I try to open flipshare on my computer, I keep getting a message saying (error)that says C:\users\pictures\setup_flipshare.exe is not a valid Win32 application. I have tried to uninstall all FlipShare information, but it will not allow me, even if I try to download it again it still does not work, please advise by return. Regards, Terence.

Get and download revouninstaller ive linked to a portable version (http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/revo_uninstaller_portable)

install that and open it.

let it find flipshare in the install programs,right click on flipshare and click uninstall.click ok for uninstall and select moderatesi

let it do its thing

restart your computer

redownload flipshare using a browser with a better download manager(chrome/mozilla firefox)

install it

Have you tried using a third party uninstaller like Revo? It's freeware you can download here -

Once you've downloaded and installed Revo, double-click on the desktop icon to open the program. Upon first opening it may take a minute or so to compile a list of the installed programs. Once the list is complete, double-click on FlipShare and select the Moderate uninstall option. Follow the on-screen commands, and be sure to delete all registry entries and temp flies when prompted. Once complete, download the newest version of the FlipShare software from the site - http://support.theflip.com/en-us/home - (you'll have you select your specific product), and try to reinstall.

If the problem continues, you have some malware or a registry error that's effecting the product.
