We replaced the V26 dm repair kit and the problem still exists-tv won't turn on . What do you recommend?

Thats one of the famous capacitor issue most likely. Thats the V26 Chassis DLP and usually that symptom is caused by failed DM and Power Board capacitors. Here is how you fix the problem. Turn off the power to your TV for 10 seconds, then turn on. Next, take a paperclip and push in the reset button for 10 seconds, then release and wait until the light stops blinking - may take up to 5 minutes - be patient. Then turn on your TV as normal and your problem will be fixed.
