Here is how you fix the problem. Turn off the power to your TV for 10 seconds, then turn on. Next, take a paperclip and push in the reset button for 10 seconds, then release and wait until the light stops blinking - may take up to 5 minutes - be patient. Then turn on your TV as normal and your problem will be fixed.

Thats caused by the capacitors on the dm which wont allow the DM to boot back up because the power cord was unplugged to change the lamp. You can get the V26 DLP DM repair kit at the following link which will usually repair that issue and it contains the replacement caps and step by step instructions with detailed pics on how to do the repair on CD plus the service manual is also on the CD.

Blinking timer light - no other lights are blinking I have unplugged the TV overnight, replugged it in and hit the reset switch. TV will not come on. If it's a bad bulb, not sure why the lamp light is...

The blinking timer light is usually caused by bad capacitors on the DM board. The V26 DM repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com should repair that issue. The kit contains the parts and the Cd with instructions.

Mitsubishi WD-62525 timer light keeps flashing after lamp replace

There is a tiny reset button to the left of the timer light. Press with a pin or something small, wait 60 seconds. Viola!

Blinking green timer light

I purchased my WD 62725 in January of 2005 and have had way too many problems with something costing this much.  My green reset button is now blinking and I have read and tried all of the suggested solutions. All of them have failed.  I sure think Mitsubishi should be held more responsible than they seem to be.  Some one suggested a class action lawsuit.  I would sure join one.  Jack P
