My mouse work but not my wireless keyboard

Hi, 3 items top choose from ...
1) There is a sync button at the base of the wireless keyboard and the wireless receiver. Press the button on the wireless receiver and then on the wireless keyboard. They should now sync. and your keyboard should then function.
2) Most likely that the drivers for the keyboard may have been updated when your pc does windows update. You may need to re-install the drivers for the wireless keyboard
3) reboot computer.
Good luck .. hope this helps.......

Problems with wireless keyboard and Office 2010

It looks like office has replaced or corrupted your keyboard driver. You'll need to reinstall it, Windows may try to tell you it already has the best driver, hit back then tell it the location of your replacement driver and have it reinstall that one.

My computer stopped recognizing my wireless keyboard & mouse. Says it's missing a driver or that the device is malfunctioning. Don't think it's a battery prob. Do I need a new driver?...

Uninstall the Keyboard driver.
Unplug the Logitech keyboard.
Restart the computer.
Plug the Logitech keyboard back into the computer.
Windows should recognise the keyboard and/or the mouse.
Place Logitech setup disk in drive.
Reload the drivers...

The drivers sometimes corrupt themselves..
You might download the latest drivers for your keyboard/mouse.

How do you set the wireless keyboard to your computer?

I can help you, however I'll need to know the model number of the wireless keyboard and the version of windows you are trying to install it on.

Quick solution: usually a wireless keyboard comes with a CD which has drivers on it. you must first run the CD and follow the instructions to install the drivers, then plug in the wireless adapter that came with your wireless keyboard, then restart your Computer and it should be connected. Remember to make sure that the keyboard has Batteries.
