Is the battery dead? Your alternator may be bad. If you drove it last night you may have driven on battery power and not realized it. You should have gotten some kind of warning message. Need to know if the battery is dead.

Radio suddenly doesn't work and instrument panel doesn't work

Ok, i had the same problem a few months back, in my case my car was only a year and a half old and had just washed the engine at the local carwash. Fuses were ok and battery was in new condition, we found out that water had reached the Alternator and this messed up the whole electric system, Some people say you can blow dry your alternator (If this is the case) or take it to an electrical technician

Right brake light doesn't work with lights on. Switched R bulb and socket to left, and it works. Radio also goes off when headlights r applied. But radio comes on when I turn dimmer switch all the

check for power and ground. One should be at battery voltage and the other ground. Somet5imes ground can't handle the current from the bulb so try to make a connection to ground. I try to either use the fuel tank or run a wire from the battery.
Second reason the turn signal switch can go bad and keep the battery voltage from reaching the bulb. I will also assume you checked the bulb on the other side that you know works fine. I use electrical contact cleaner inside turn signal switch. Move the lever
rapidly to clear any possible dirt.

Car tries to start but cant seem to turn over. battery seems fine

Get your battery tested, if your battery has failed internally sometimes jump starting doesn't help as the battery is pulling all the current away from your starter.

The engine turns over fast enough to start but will not start when i turn the key i dont hear the fuel pump at all i checked all the fuses they all seem to be fine is it possible my fuel pump has gone bad

It's possible. You will have to test the pump(at the fuel tank electrical connection) to see if it's getting current when the ignition is turned on. If it's getting current, the pump is most likely bad.
