My motorola v3i is memori card not work please help

Hi neilmadhar  my name is arjun saxena. Well my MOTORAZR V3i had the same problem. The reason is that your memory card is corrupted because of some virus or file or removing it frequently. Just buy another memory card of whatever space. It will work. I am 101% sure. Trust me. Your MOTO RAZR V3i has a card holder which holds and reads the card. Don't worry, there is no problem with that reader. THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CARD. IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT IT NEW, THEN YOU CAN REPLACE IT WITHIN THE WARRANTY OR TRY BUYING A SANDISK MEMORY CARD-ITS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

might be your memory card has virus or its capacity is not supportable by the phone. Check it out

for erasing messages you should click the button that is in the middle, at the top of all buttons of the phone.. then you will see the options you can select, between them, there is "erase", you can choose to erase them all, or just the message you were reading..
don't know is themes can be dowloaded.
for the pictures it is quite the same, if you go to options, using the same button, then you can choose something like "use different memory device" and if you choose that, you can choose between the intern memory of the phone and the memory card you are using..

you can not store msg to your card nor can you increase the msg storage area for your phone.

The only way is to upgrade the sw!

i think a v3i phone can't really recognize a memory card of that capacity..i suggest you try smaller sized memory cards as 512mb works fine for my v3i

You have to format the card!
If you have and it still does'nt work then. Take up golf, use it as a ball.

Take out the memory card - connect it to your computer - do a complete format.

before replacing back into the phone, check the phone to make sure the photos etc aren't on the phone too.

yes the video is slow in V3i i think if you use the 2 gb memory card that might hep you and always save the video in memory card if you like to know more please contact me

If you have 512Mb Motorol Card Then Copy All Folders From 512MB Card, Past Those Folders into 1 or 2 GB Card.And Insert it into Motorla Mobile Then Restart Your Mobile and Your Card is Active..........
