Years ago I downloaded Broderbund American Geetings Createacard Gold 7 from your website. I've used it thousands of timew for t-shirt transfers to greeting cards. Now I can't access the program I get an error message failed to start because PretzelllImport not found. Re installing may fix this problem. I can't reinstall cause I downloaded original program from website

As you can see, there is no sollution for that :( you may try right click -> properties -> compatibility tab and run in compatibilty with Windows XP but it doesn't have to work :( Sorry

After uninstalling the program, go to start, Search, for files and folders and put *creatacard gold* in the search box using the asterisks on both sides. Bu sure to delete any files that are found involving creatacard gold7. Then restart your computer. It sounds like you are having a configuration problem. Is the operating system you are using listed on the configuration of the Creatacard Gold program as a operating system that this software will work on?

You could try and reinstall and if using windows, try using the the program compatability wizard found in the accessories folder in the programs folder. This might help make the program work properly. Alternatively, you may have to get a another version of creatacard gold if it does not work with your operating system. Broderbund may have a download on their site to help make your software work on you operating system. Not having any additional details about your issue, I cannot be certain.
