I have a problem with my screen not showing up but you can hold a flashlite to the screen and see the image what do you recommend

You may have to return it.

• Please check to make sure the data cable and wall charger are inserted all the way.
  • Please try using another USB cable (this type of cable is widely used in the electronics industry) or in a different outlet.
  • If a battery image with an "X" or lightning bolt is shown while the unit is connected, please perform an emergency reboot on the unit.
  • To perform an emergency reboot: Please turn off the unit. Connect the USB data cable to your computer or wall charger. While holding down the P and large Main button located on the front of the unit, connect the USB cable to the unit. When the screen starts to flash, release the two buttons. Once you reach SYNC screen, disconnect the USB cable from the unit. Turn on the device. Emergency Reboot is now complete.

Ok if you can see the image when you show a flashlight to it means that the backlight is not working, it could be a simple problem as the backlight power cable loose inside or in worst case the backlight completely damaged. Best to take it to a service center and they will be able to tell you what happened. Hopefully it's just a loose cable.As LCDs do not produce light themselves they need illumination (ambient light or a special light source) to produce a visible image. Backlights illuminate the LCD from the side or back of the display panel.Backlights are used in small displays to increase readability in low light conditions.You can search for info on Backlight to learn more about it.

The same as on most PC's, by pressing the Prt Sc button on the laptop OR the FUNCTION key then the Prt Sc then go into Paint and click on "edit" / paste then your screen shot will show.

Hold the FN+CRT/LCD or (it could be an icon/image of a screen) simultanesouly and then keep press the CRT/LCD key it should eventually get around to displaying an image on just the projector or projector and laptop screen

The extra bulb in there could be broken, get another bulb and confirm.

This is a water inlet error. Shut the water off and remove the hoses. Look ito the valves where the hoses screw on with a flashlite. If the filter screens are obstructed pull them with needle nose pliers. Clean them and replace them into the valves. Re attach hoses and try machine. If it still shows the code you have a bad valve.

This is an inlet error. Shut the water valves off and remove the hoses one at a time. Shine a flashlite in to where the hose screws into the machine. Check the filter screens in there for any type of debris. Yiu can remove these filter screens with needle nose pliers. Once they are cleaned and re-installed, try it again. If is still showing an error, you have a connection/valve/or control problem.

press & hold power, press & hold calender, press & hold mail, press & hold reset small hole at base of unit, screen will blank, device will now hard reset.

Your Monitor might be shot. I would recommend you try another VGA Cable and 3 prong Power cable since it could be the cable as well . If you are still experience the image going black then the power inverter internally could be damaged and its not as easy as a simple backlight because if you are using the flashlight and no image is showing you are worse than I thought. I would recommend you try those two things and then also if you can try to connect it to another Computer who knows it could possibly be your desktop too like the video card going bad ?. If you dont have another computer try a laptop or a TV with the VGA option on them. Hope my answer gets you closer to a solution.
