Please try reseting your headset to factory settings, Press and hold the Call button while turning on the headset to turn on the "Reset to factory default" feature. Follow the voice prompts to make changes to the settings.
You need to reset the menu once again as it is possible that the phone had hung up as there was LINE PROBLEMS . Once this was reset the CLIP facility came back. So if you can once again remove power battery and keep aside to reset , then start all over to set up the base and slave units to MESH , the intercom and line facility must work. You can remove the battery from the slave remote units to reset.
It could be that your unit is defective and may need to be replaced but
here is some information for you to check out from the user guide:
1) Callers cannot hear me, or I cannot hear caller/dialing tone.
The headset is not turned on or the headset is not connected to mobile
phone. Press the call control button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep
or see the indicator light glow blue to turn headset on.
Your headset is out of range. Move the headset closer to the phone or Bluetooth device. Your headset battery is drained. Charge your battery using the AC power adapter supplied. The listening volume is too low. Press the volume key up (toward the earloop) to increase the sound heard in the headset.
Here are a couple of things you can try. I included the link for the user guide below.
Callers cannot hear me. • Headset is muted. Press the mute button on headset to unmute the microphone.
• Headset microphone boom aligned incorrectly. Align the headset boom with your mouth. •
The USB adapter is not set as the default Voice device. Use the Voice
settings in Windows under Sounds and Voice Devices to select
"Plantronics C610/C620" as the voice device.
