Make sure the Plantronics S11 headset is plugged into your handset jack on your phone, not the headset
jack, this will make a difference on most phones. After plugging the
S11 into the handset jack on your phone, you will need to pick up your
handset receiver and sit it off to the side of the phone to place a call
or to receive a call, after you are finished with your call sit the
handset receiver back in the cradle on your phone.
The busy tone from your cellphone is sent when you are busy with one call & there is another incoming call. The following solution is only not to avoid certain callers or to avoid all callers. It may or may not serve your purpose. For this facility to work you have to make group/s of the certain callers & select them in manage calls. If you want to disable busy tone sent, you can do it by selecting menu - settings - calls - manage calls - accept calls - only from list or none. In this case the person at the other end will receive "not reachable" message.Selecting only from list allows you to receive the calls from the selected groups/callers from your list. Selecting none will not allow anyone to call you. But in both the cases only you will know that who has called you & not the caller that you received missed calls.
Perhaps you should bring your mobile phone to the nearest service center or reliable cellphone technician cause I think there is a problem with you cellphone microphone that's why callers can't hear you..Hope it will help.
