i had the very same problem go to the site above and click "click here if doenload bar does not appear' and then down load the manual and scroll down to find you tv and write down the numbers and then go to your tv and press tv hold down the magic button for 3 seconds or untill it flashed twich form the start of the list type in the 4 digit number one at a time and then press power off if it turns off then you no it has worked.
