first you enter *2767*2878#,once this has finished rebooting turn the phone off.Next a SIM card from a different service provider needs to be pushed half in,"Insert SIM" appears,enter *2767*3855#.now push the sim care fully.press *#7465625# for network lock.then press *7465625*77*00000000*00000000# ,your mobile now unlock.

Your phone is most likely locked to a carrier that's different from the SIM card you are inserting.

Depending on your carrier and account status, you may be able to get the unlock code for free. Contact support to see if they will help unlock.

could be the phones rx/tx.. meaning your phone has weak reception and transmission.. just try locating a technician to check out your unit.. could be the pa or the band filters busted..
